Under the main theme Banking Secrecy, Tax Evasion and the Rubik Agreements - A New International Tax Order%3F an international conference with participation o the EATLP was held in February the 17th of 2012 at the University of Bocconi. The main focus was laid upon the recently concluded tax treaties between Switzerland and Germany as well as Great Britain. The main question to be considered, was if these treaties may help improve the termination of the highly relevant problem of tax havens
